Granny Gets a grip - amazing!
Just ordered some attractive looking grab rails - wood rather than plastic - which is exciting enough. But to make me even happier their service is amazing. I emailed that I had misunderstood delivery times so might be away if it did not arrive on time ... got a personal reply with a solution. Yes from a REAL LIFE person, not a cut and paste standard response from a robot. On a Sunday! Panic over. Happy days!
