Should those with ND be able to get disabled queue passes?

Merlin Entertainments said it would not allow people with conditions such as autism, ADHD and anxiety to use the disability queuing system this February half-term, due to increased demand for the passes.

There has been a lot of discussion and upset following the sudden stopping of the disabled ride access pass for those with autism and ADHA, meaning that they now need to queue in the general queue for many hours. The reason given was the increase in demand? What are your thoughts, as much as I understand if demands increase the queue will be no quicker. I also understand the challenges of queuing with ND.

I am not a fan! I think standing in a que is unpleasant experience in general, however, more deeply impacts the disability community than others. I think of my friend who used 2 prosthetic legs and she had shared repeatedly how ques are the absolute worst part!

I think than an increase in the number of passes used is an indicator that this program is going well, and that we need to reimagine what a que is in the future to make it more accessible for everyone.
