  • What a great piece of advocacy making a positive change- it is great to learn that M&S were receptive and made changes- although I do agree that the barriers should not have existed- and I appreciate the efforts that Flick had to go through- especially when initially dismissed my the M&S store asking her to call ahead before her shopping trip. I am glad they instated changes, but it is disappointing that it only happened after a case was brought against them and they had to settle out of court.
