Favorite cooking tools?

As a person with a limb difference, I find the bilateral fine motor skills required of most cooking very annoying. I enjoy some cooking gadgets that can help make some tasks more accessible, however, it is impossible to try/purchase/ buy all of the possibilities.

and his favorite cooking tools, it got me thinking about some of my favorites!

I found my favorite tools include a one handed salt/pepper grinder (similar to this one) and a 1 handed can opener (similar to this one).
