Primark Launches Affordable Adaptive Clothing Line

Victoria Jenkins, the founder of Unhidden, has collaborated with Primark to create an incredible new adaptive clothing line!

This 49-piece collection features stylish and affordable staples like trench coats, jeans, and tees, all designed with the needs of people with disabilities in mind. Think magnetic zippers, waist loops, and hidden openings for medical needs – all the details that make a huge difference in everyday life.

The best part? This collection is available now in 31 stores across the UK and online!

Why is this so important?

Primark's research shows that 75% of people with disabilities find it challenging to find accessible clothing. This collection aims to change that by offering stylish and functional options without the hefty price tag.

What do you think?

What are your thoughts? Have you ever struggled to find clothes that meet your needs? I'd love to hear your experiences in the comments below. [This is not a plug for the label; I wanted to highlight the person and the need she is filling.] Read more here

  • I am beyond excited for more brands adopting accessible clothing. I have an adaptive jacket from Isaac Mizrahi that features a magnetic zipper and a large ring as the supper pull. As a person with a limb difference, navigating zippers can be tricky, such small pieces and parts! I honestly cried when I tried it on- it was so easy to use and the jacket is cute!! I want all of my clothing to have magnetic zippers - this is easier for everyone!!

I agree. I hate fighting with zippers and buttons. Why can't we look good at the same time?
