A reminder: How far we have come.

I saw this image and it reminded me how often I experience all three of these as my reality every day. Likely I experience more of the Equity in this picture than ever before and less of the reality than I use to years ago. It is easy to always be looking at how much there is to do and to forget how far we have come.

    Could not agree more. I can not imagine what it was like to be part of the disabled community so long ago. We have great platforms like this now to learn which might not have even existed!
