    Nice! I'd like to know what effect this style of communication has too. i.e. would some of this communication style lead to less opportunity to misinterpret tasks etc?

    In my experience communication not been clear often leads to me doing tasks incorrectly and I seen this happen between over Neurotypicals and neuro diverse people in the workplace. It can then lead to frustration, tiredness (having to do things twice) and work performance been judged negatively.
