Netflix Launches Fellowship for Filmmakers with Disabilities
Netflix is funding the Visionary Fellowship, a yearlong program supporting filmmakers with disabilities. This initiative, managed by the Inevitable Foundation, offers $55,000 per participant to create short films, along with mentorship, health insurance, marketing support, and travel funds. The program aims to help these filmmakers produce their debut features and integrate into the industry through workshops and showcases with industry professionals. Applications are open until July 31.
