    Hello. My experience tells me that C-Suite "buy-in" is essential to getting results. But, reaching the professionals at that level can be challenging. I am having conversations and trying to network into opportunities for engagement with the C-Suite so we can have conversations about providing access to opportunities for people with disabilities.

    Perhaps you may know of people that I could connect with?

    As you said, achieving  "buy-in" is problematic in many business areas. In my experience, you have to appeal to their sense of the bottom line before you hit the greater good angle. Something like this: "15% of the world's population identified as having some disability. That segment has a lot of buying power that is largely untapped. Here's how I believe we can hit that space." I hope that helps.
